Meet Sally Russ
Born and raised in Nelson, where my family still has strong roots, I am now based in Christchurch with my own family. From a young age, I was inspired by memorable trips with my family & Oma, whose love for travel led me to study Travel & Tourism & sparked my desire to see the world before settling back in New Zealand.
Throughout my career in the Telco, Media, and Aviation sectors as a Relationship Manager and Marketing Manager at both a national and international level, I have enjoyed success. I believe this is down to my ability to build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and genuine care for my customers and our outcomes. I’m now applying these skills to my work in the travel industry.
Though I’m new to this field, my background is rich with firsthand travel experiences. Having used Kelly as a broker personally, I deeply understand as a customer the value of having a travel broker by your side to ensure smooth, stress-free travel for both personal and business needs. I’m excited to be part of Kelly’s award-winning team, helping create my client’s bespoke journeys and memorable experiences.
